He is a Fellow m e m b e r of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (M.No:077174) and senior member in our firm .He has qualified in the year 1997, He has Handled Project Finance, Audit Compliance, MIS Reporting, Assets Management etc. Has served in multinational software companies as a senior - consultants involved in different finance issues as a subject matter expert. He also served a visiting faculty to Management School for different subjects like Corporate Finance, Tax Law and Accounting etc.

CA. SANJAY PREMNATH MISHRA

Corporate experience of more than 15years, lately worked as CFO in large multinational. Having rich experience in all aspects of performance management, accounting, taxation, and financial management, designing controls, systems, and processes in finance function. Handled significant private equity funds, domestic and multinational corporations in areas ranging from designing efficient operating and tax structures, corporate reorganizations, M&As, etc.

He is Associated member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (M.NO240551). He has qualified in 2016 and had has vast of experience in handling Internal Audits of Manufacturing companies, Food processing industries, Hospitals and software companies.
